Earlier this year, we launched our dedicated crisis communication service as a separate entity from RMS.


Called Reputation Matters, it has already proved to be a successful venture with a wide range of companies contacting us for help to combat negative attention online and in the media (credit must go to our digital team who put together a really effective PPC campaign to launch the service).

Practicing what we preach, we’re about to start an email marketing campaign, too, and love the animated GIFs our design team has produced to grab the attention of recipients!
