RMS COVID-19 Update

In light of the current situation regarding Covid-19, we would like to update you with our plans for the foreseeable future. We hope you agree they are considered, sensible and practical.

Continuity of service

First and foremost, we remain fully operational and here to support you in any way we can.

Communicating with your audience, be it staff, customers, suppliers or other stakeholders, has never been more important.

If you need help keeping them informed – whether via your website, social channels, eshots, direct mailers, etc – please know we can help you.

A new way of working

As you would expect, we are intent on protecting the health and wellbeing of our team as best we can.

Following the latest government guidance, this means we will be reducing face-to-face contact.

Fortunately, over the past few years, we have invested in our IT infrastructure and everyone is equipped to work remotely and seamlessly.

On-going communication

Naturally, day-to-day communication is vital to ensuring the continuity of our service to you.

To achieve this, everyone at RMS is ‘hyper-connected’ with each other, using leading-edge software and tools.

Daily update calls for each of our teams and regular ‘whole agency’ sessions have also been scheduled so everyone is in no doubt about their responsibilities and actions in looking after you.

Rather than face-to-face meetings, we will continue to communicate with you regularly in whichever way you prefer – phone, email, Skype, What’s App – please do let us know.

Naturally, you can still contact us as usual but please use peoples’ individual mobile numbers, as the manning of our Reception is uncertain. We have updated everyone’s email signature to include their Skype details.

A plea from the heart

We think it’s fair to say that most people are still reeling from this unprecedented situation.

Yes, there will inevitably be many knee-jerk reactions to this ever-changing scenario but we are hopeful that, after a period of adjustment, sense and calm will prevail.

As history has shown, we are an immensely resilient and adaptable species!  We just need to be nice and support each other.

In closing, please share this internally with your colleagues and remember that we remain committed to delivering the best possible service to you with minimal disruption.
