The trick when writing WayPoint is distilling complex topics and turning them into digestible newsbites that V.Group customers will want to read. As with all newsletter projects, we start with a planning session. With V.Group, this means a meeting with the in-house marketing team where we agree the content that will feature in the edition. The V.Group customer newsletter always features a spotlight interview with an executive at the company, as well as a technical focus informing V.Group customers about the latest rules and regulations that will impact the running of their vessels.
Once copy is written by RMS and approved by V.Group, our design team works its magic, bringing the articles to life with eye catching photography and stock imagery. The latest edition features an insight into how this global operator is navigating the challenges presented by the crisis in Ukraine and its humanitarian project.
The newsletter is shared via a flippingbook link making it easy for us to share open rates with the V.Group marketing team so they can measure the success of each edition.
