RMS expands team with four new hires

We’re delighted to have expanded our client services team with four new recruits.

Richard Evans joins as an account manager. After qualifying as a journalist, he moved to the agency world and brings a decade’s experience working with clients from a range of sectors. In recent years, he has become a specialist in destination marketing, working with several Business Improvement Districts across the north west.

Originally from Bulgaria, Dara Nacheva, has joined RMS as an account executive. Since graduating with a 1st class degree in marketing, advertising and PR, she has won several awards for her work in the charity, education, retail, food and drink sectors.

Rob Harper joins our design team as a graphic designer having previously worked as a freelance designer for several years, following a career change from working in equality, diversity and inclusion.

The fourth recruit is Debbie Alty, who takes up her first agency role, having previously held the position of in-house marketing coordinator with a leading utilities company.

Ruth Shearn, founder of RMS Communications, said:

“We’re working with an increasing number of companies who wish to upweight their marketing strategies and activities after a challenging couple of years.

“This means the time is right to bolster our team with new talent.  Everyone at RMS is thrilled to be welcoming Richard, Dara, Rob and Debbie who each bring different but complimentary skills.

We remain committed to investing in the very best recruits and I have no doubt they will be a fantastic asset as we continue to grow.”
