“Clearly the starting point for creating a restaurant brand and name comes with sampling the food!”

The restaurant owner loved our bespoke illustrations so much that he decided to have them recreated on huge drapes inside the restaurant. We worked closely with the interior designer to ensure that our illustrations were recreated exactly how we designed them. They are truly stunning and a credit to our high-quality design team.

The proof, so to speak, is in the pudding. Head down to the Trafford Centre to see the Wokooshii brand in all its glory and sample a range of over 40 dishes from sushi, to pancakes, to Shabu Shabu, to Tempura and Bibimbap.

Clearly the starting point for creating a restaurant brand and name comes with sampling the food!

After a lengthy brand workshop and menu tasting session, we came up with the name Wokooshi – a fusion of ‘wok’ and ‘ooshi’ which roughly translated means delicious food in Japanese.

We set about creating the visual identity using Japanese brush pens to create the logo to maintain authenticity.

Our expert designers fabricated a strong visual theme for the exterior and interior of the restaurant by hand drawing a series of six panels that work in isolation or together to create a visual narrative.
