Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) are designed to improve a defined geographical area and promote the organisations that sit within the boundaries. Each BID business pays a levy to fund projects and services that should ultimately help them grow and flourish.

It’s the job of every BID to keep their members informed of schemes, initiatives and events that have been delivered and to also shine a spotlight on what’s coming up in the future.

As part of this, BIDs produce and distribute a range of digital publications throughout the year to their members – this is where we come in.

Whether it’s quarterly newsletters, e-shots or monthly B2B communications, it’s our job to write concise and captivating copy and create compelling designs to ensure the publications are engaging and not merely glossed over.

We currently work with Burnley BID, Gadbrook Park BID, Winsford 1-5 BID and West Chester BID on these projects and no two BIDs are the same.

From artisan markets and dinosaur trails to tackling youth antisocial behaviour and footfall counters, what we haven’t written about on behalf of the different BIDs isn’t worth knowing!

We pride ourselves on living and breathing each BID we represent to ensure the language and tone of voice is spot on for their audiences. In turn, this helps them build their reputation and creates a positive perception among their member businesses.

We can’t wait to get cracking on more of these projects throughout the rest of 2023 and beyond.

So far in 2023 our BID e-shots have recorded an average open rate of over 37%. This is 15% higher than the average open rate across all industries.
