The website generates over £10,000 worth of new policies each month, with this figure continuing to rise.

Collectors of art, stamps, books, militaria, clocks, dolls and a host of other items, have embraced Hiscox Collections and healthy renewal rates demonstrate the growing popularity of the product.

Hiscox is a global insurance company that offers a wide range of personal and commercial insurance cover.

Having worked with Hiscox to brand and promote a number of specialist schemes via their broker network, we already had a deep understanding of the firm’s high standards.

We started off by naming the product Hiscox Collections and securing all related domain names.

The perfect user experience was mapped out to establish the best route from initially landing on the site, to receiving a quote.

Code was developed to generate instant quotes and produce policy documents – we also liaised with Hiscox HQ to ensure that the backend sales process was as simple, smooth and efficient as possible.

Once the site was up and running, we had to raise awareness and drive visitors to it. A combination of SEO, Pay-Per-Click advertising, social media promotion, content marketing, highly targeted media relations and affiliate marketing was carried out to deliver this.
