Raise awareness of our new office building so it sells and attracts tenants.
Activity
Muse, a nationwide placemaker and part of Morgan Sindall Group plc, first appointed RMS to promote the construction of Eden – a £36 million, 12-storey office building in New Bailey, Salford – to an audience of commercial property agents and prospective tenants.
Hailed as the most sustainable office development in the UK, Eden features Europe’s largest living wall and is acknowledged as blazing a trail in sustainable construction.
A sustained campaign of traditional media relations has seen RMS secure regional, national and international coverage about Eden in a mix of property and business press, along with several broadcast reports.
Alongside this activity, we have also written winning award entries and speeches for senior management; secured speaker and panel opportunities; created promotional films featuring various stakeholders; produced podcasts; provided support at events; organised photography; drafted case studies and content for use by Muse and its partners.
Muse clearly like our approach and have extended our remit to include the promotion of several other projects, including the much anticipated Salford Crescent, a £2.5bn development that will see the renaissance of homes, lives and communities across a 240-acre area of the city.
We’re also helping promote the £350 million regeneration of Talbot Gateway in Blackpool and supporting Muse partner, Wirral Growth Company, as it regenerates Birkenhead town centre.
