Crisis, what crisis?

We’ve been supporting North West Air Ambulance with their crisis communications for a few years. 

As well as writing the protocol and associated documents to ensure everyone in the organisation knows what to do if and when a crisis occurs, we run regular desktop exercises to test the process.

We’ve covered many potential scenarios, from ransomware threats to financial impropriety to their shops being put out of action. Every desktop reveals a gap in the process, which is exactly why we do them.
