The Brief
Garratts has six offices across north Manchester and specialises in personal injury, family law, and criminal litigation.
After successfully rebranding the firm, RMS was asked to increase leads from its website so it could reduce spend on paid search.
Activity
After identifying many areas of opportunity, we created dozens of landing pages to promote all areas of expertise within the firm. These would be the first thing visitors would see when they searched for certain terms.
Our copywriters crafted user-friendly content based around keyword clusters and topics rather than individual keywords. Naturally, all content was fact-checked by Garratts to ensure web visitors were presented with accurate and up-to-date information.
We are constantly introducing new content and optimising pages to ensure Garratts features at the top of search engine results.
Working closely with the partners, we are able to pivot our activity to support the firm’s commercial goals – this might, for instance, mean focussing on a certain department in the firm.
Success
Since we began creating SEO content for Garratts in 2020, there has been an unprecedented rise in enquiries and impressions from organic search.
Relying on organic search alone and with no spend on PPC, impressions for relevant keywords have surpassed 16.8 million from the UK alone.
Organic search now accounts for an impressive 68% of all website traffic and with a conversion rate of 4% this contributes significantly to the firm’s on-going success.
