Where do you live?
High Lane, near Hazel Grove.
What hobbies and pastimes do you enjoy?
Reading is definitely one of my favourite things to do to relax – I love getting lost in a gripping novel.
Where do you like to eat?
If I’m going out, I love heading to our local Chinese restaurant, or Thaikun in Manchester is one of my favourites. Sometimes though, nothing beats a good takeaway and a cosy night in.
What’s your favourite tipple?
Gin and Ginger Ale anytime, and Baileys as an after-dinner tipple. They’re such grandma choices, but I love them!
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Probably pop music, whether it’s 90s cheese or a chart hit, I just can’t help but sing along!
Do you have a cherished item?
I have a collection of photos of my cat, Rolo, who passed away last year aged 19. She was such a huge part of my life growing up and we have so many memories of her over the years. It always brings a smile to my face when I look back through the pictures.
Name one song you love.
Whitney Houston I Wanna Dance With Somebody – as soon as it comes on I jump up and start dancing.
And a film.
The Lion King. The music gets me every time, and I recently learnt the Zulu pronunciation for the lyrics at the beginning of Circle of Life, so now I can confidently sing along!
