His talk focussed on how advances in technology and data have radically changed the way marketing is delivered over the past decade.
Mike’s content clearly got everyone thinking as a lively Q&A session followed his lecture.
Alongside more obvious questions about the impact of GDPR and Brexit on the marketing industry, others were interested to hear whether broader consumer trends can still be identified in a world that’s increasingly obsessed with micro targeting and personalisation.
