We carried out a research and audit phase with Jackson Stephen and its clients. This uncovered the fact they brought far more to the table than accountancy alone – all clients commented on Jackson Stephen’s availability and willingness to help.
It also revealed a key mismatch between what the partners thought clients wanted and what the clients, in reality, really valued.
This led to the creation of the strapline “A Real Asset”.
Using our insight, we then developed a new corporate identity and brand guidelines which became the basis for creating event graphics, stationery, posters and sector guides.
A brand new website was designed and built along the lines of the new corporate identity to give the firm a warm and welcoming appearance.
Expert media relations were carried out to ensure that the rebrand caught the eyes and attention of prospective clients and high profile industry professionals.
Finally, we managed a launch event which pulled together key stakeholders, contacts and clients to launch the brand.
The re-launch of Jackson Stephen was covered positively by all key national, regional and trade media titles.
Our full rebrand of the accountancy firm allowed them to attract a wider client base by focusing marketing around a succinct concept – that Jackson Stephen is a real asset.
The new website mirrors the firms’ identity. It’s an inviting site which stands out and positions Jackson Stephen as a ‘real asset’ to anybody who requires an accountant or expert advisor.
Since the launch, there has been a 118% increase in the speed of the website and further 26% of time spent on the site by visitors.
