Our research found that the company had gone through a lot of changes, including retiring partners and breaking away from a national franchise. It needed a new direction.
Following a brand workshop, we established that the partners wanted the practice to be perceived as modern, confident and approachable, whilst still retaining a degree of continuity with the past.
This led to a simple change of name from Gruber Garratt to Garratts Solicitors to allow them to move in a new direction.
We created a new corporate identity, designing a new logo that drew inspiration from an eagle (protective wings, flying free). Naturally, we gave it our trademark touch and created an abstract, stylised image - marrying a ‘friendly’ font with bold, modern colours.
After establishing a new identity, we designed and build a clean, easy to navigate site that fitted in perfectly with the firms, warm and approachable new image.
The rebrand was launched to the media with a clear message – Garratts Solicitors was moving in a new, modern direction.
The re-launch of Garratts Solicitors was featured in all regional, trade and local media titles.
The new website scored positive reviews from staff and clients alike, with them commenting on how clean and inviting it was – it functions exactly how they wanted it to.
Organic traffic to the site increased by 20 per-cent, driving more leads to the firm.
The full rebrand was exactly what the firm needed, allowing it to begin a new chapter in its illustrious history.
